Refund policy
Creating art is a deeply personal process for me, and it brings me so much joy when my pieces resonate with others in the same way they’ve touched me. While I do not offer refunds for change of mind, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If you’ve purchased a piece and feel it’s not quite right for you, please reach out—I’m happy to work with you to find a solution.
Damaged Artworks
I guarantee the quality of my work. If your artwork arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the damage (including the packaging) and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. I will work with you and Royal Mail / the chosen courier to resolve the issue.
Commissioned Artworks
As each commissioned artwork is created specifically for you, I’m unable to offer a refund once the piece is completed. However, I’ll be in close communication with you throughout the creation process to ensure you're happy with the direction and final result before it’s shipped to you.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as I cannot cover redelivery fees if there is a return to sender due to an incorrect address.
Colour Variations
Due to differences in screen settings (PCs, Macs, and phones), please note that the colours of your artwork may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. I take great care to ensure the photos of my work on the website are as accurate as possible.
