How to Commission Your Custom Artwork

Step 1: Initial Consultation
The first step is to have an initial conversation about your ideas and what you're envisioning for your custom piece. I’ll listen closely to your thoughts, preferences, and any reference images you may have, and together we’ll decide on the style, size, and colour palette that best represents your vision.

  • Step 2: 50% deposit

    Once we’ve agreed on the details, a 50% deposit is required to secure your place in my commission diary and cover the cost of materials. The deposit ensures that I can begin your artwork promptly and order any necessary supplies.

  • Step 3: Concept development & progress updates

    I’ll create a basic sketch to help you visualise the overall style of the piece. This is your opportunity to provide feedback. I’ll send progress photos throughout the painting process, so you’re always involved. You’ll have several opportunities ensure your painting is exactly what you want.

  • Step 4: Final Payment & Completion

    Once you're happy with the final piece, the remaining balance will be due. Your finished piece will be ready for delivery to its forever home.
